Founded in 1980 and since then grew into an international organisation with over 180 employees who are taking care about every solution where high temperarture insulation comes into question.

Production & warehousing

Besides a large central warehouse of more than 78000 m3, engineering services, supervision and inspection facilities, we have several manufacturing facilities, such as CNC controlled milling, punching, cutting and water cutting machines. This enables us to produce a suitable solution for your high-temperature application as required.

Products and systems such as Wearflex® Expansion Bellows, Refrex® products, Insulmould® mouldables, Insulvac® vacuum formed parts, monolithic formed shapes, EasyFlow molten metal launder systems, die-cutted parts, CNC milled parts, are all being manufactured in Steenbergen, using computerised CNC machinery.

Wearflex® facility

Located next to the Insolcon head office in Steenbergen you will find our Wearflex® facility, where we manufacture all our Wearflex® and Refrex® products.
