About the Insulfrax® 1300 HT

Insulfrax® 1300 HT products represent the next generation of low bio-persistent (LBP) thermal insulation. This new innovative product combines superior thermal performance with enhanced operating temperature capability. Typical applications for Insulfrax® 1300 HT Blanket, such as stack, flue and duct linings, furnace linings, boiler linings, insulation for process heaters can be found across several industries including petrochemical, steel, and power generation.

Insulfrax® 1300 HT Blanket is made from alkaline earth silicate (AES) wool and is a lightweight needled blanket, manufactured using proprietary fiberization techniques. It offers both a 1300 grade classification and a use limit temperature in applications up to 1200°C.

The new Insulfrax® 1300 HT blankets are completely inorganic and binder free with a smooth surface finish. They retain their strength, flexibility and thermal properties in many working environments without the generation of smoke or fumes. On top of that the Insulfrax® 1300 HT fibre meets the requirements specified under Note Q of European Regulation 1272/2008 and therefore exonerated from labelling requirements in Europe.

With the addition of Insulfrax® 1300 HT fibre products, the Insulcon Group now offers a comprehensive portfolio in the marketplace for high temperature insulation products.;From traditional ceramic fibre (RCF), to low bio-persistent (LBP) products and non-classified polycrystalline materials classified at 1600°C!

Insulfrax® 1300 HT Anchor-Loc® Modules combine the performance features of the proven Anchor-Loc Module attachment systems with the utilization of our new Insulfrax® 1300 HT low bio-persistent (LBP) fiber thermal insulation.
